Shipping and Delivery Policy

MakeMeConvert is a fully digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. Everything we deliver is electronic.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all services provided by Tiny Infinity through MakeMeConvert. Because we do not ship physical goods, the term shipping in this policy refers to electronic delivery of our digital services.

1. Free store audit

  • How it is delivered: directly on our website (you see your audit on screen immediately) and on WhatsApp to the number you provide.
  • Delivery time: typically between 60 seconds and 3 minutes from the moment you submit your store link.
  • Cost: free of charge. No payment required.

2. Detailed report (₹999)

  • How it is delivered: on our website (you are redirected to the full report page after successful payment) and on WhatsApp to the number on file.
  • Delivery time: instantly upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay or your payment provider. Most reports are delivered within 60 seconds of payment.
  • Backup: if for any reason your report has not been delivered within 30 minutes of successful payment, please contact us at hardik@tinyinfinity.in or [PHONE]. We will deliver it manually or issue a full refund, at your choice. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Done-for-you store rebuild

  • How it is delivered: directly to your store. We deploy changes to your live store, or to a staging environment for your approval first, depending on your preference and your platform.
  • Initial delivery: the first new version of your store is delivered within 7 days of project kick-off, as specified in your signed project agreement.
  • Final delivery and testing window: defined in your project agreement and typically includes one full month of testing and tuning after the initial delivery.

4. International availability

Our services are available globally. However, our audit and rebuild guidance is tailored for Indian e-commerce stores, with specific attention to COD, UPI, pincode serviceability, GST inclusive pricing, Indian buyer behaviour, and mobile-first considerations. Buyers based outside India can still purchase the detailed report, with payment processed in INR through our payment provider.

5. Delivery issues

If you have not received your audit or report within the timeframes above:

  • Check your WhatsApp messages, including any spam or filtered folder.
  • Email us at hardik@tinyinfinity.in with your store URL and the WhatsApp number you used to sign up.
