Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

Last updated: 23 May 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to MakeMeConvert (the service) operated by Tiny Infinity (we, us, our). By using our service, you agree to the practices described below. We comply with the Information Technology Act 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

1. Information we collect

When you use MakeMeConvert, we collect:

  • Information you give us: your WhatsApp number, optional email address, store URL, audience type (store owner or agency), monthly revenue band, and monthly ad spend band. You provide this when you request a store audit.
  • Public store data: the publicly accessible HTML of the store URL you submit. This is used solely to generate your audit report.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser, device type, and referrer URL, collected automatically when you visit our site.
  • Payment information: if you purchase a paid report or service, payment is processed by Razorpay or another approved Indian payment provider. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI ID, or netbanking credentials on our servers.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate your store audit report.
  • Send your audit and follow-up messages on WhatsApp.
  • Respond to your enquiries about our services.
  • Process payments for paid reports and services.
  • Improve our product, methodology, and service quality.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run MakeMeConvert:

  • Anthropic — to power the AI analysis of your store text.
  • Neon — to host our database, where audit records are stored.
  • Vercel — to host the website and run server-side code.
  • Razorpay — to process payments for paid services.
  • WhatsApp Business — to deliver audit reports and communications.

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose your information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the rights of others.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use only essential cookies, primarily for admin authentication. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. We may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected.

5. Data security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest in our database, server-only handling of sensitive credentials (your data is never exposed to the browser), and strict access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take this seriously.

6. Data retention

We retain your audit records and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request earlier deletion (see section 8).

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers (Anthropic, Vercel, Neon) operate infrastructure outside India. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these providers, where it remains protected by appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

8. Your rights

Under Indian law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Withdraw consent for any non-essential processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

Our service is intended for business owners and operators and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
